What this site collects

Nothing directly. Every page here is a static file. There is no account, no login, no form and no server-side code, so nothing you type into the search box or the colour finder is transmitted anywhere — both run entirely in your browser against a file the page downloads.

Hosting

The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub receives the requests your browser makes, including your IP address and user agent, and may log them. That is described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, and may use data about your visits to this and other sites to show ads based on your interests. You can review how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings. Third-party vendors may also serve ads here and use their own cookies; opt-out controls for many of them are collected at optout.aboutads.info.

Analytics

There is no analytics script on this site beyond what the advertising described above installs.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page. The site is open source; questions about this policy, and any request concerning data an advertising partner may hold, can be raised at github.com/PauloSalum/paint-equivalents/issues. Requests that concern data held by Google rather than by this site have to go to Google directly, through the links above — this site holds none of it and cannot act on your behalf.
